What is batch working?
Batch working is maximizing your schedule by focusing on certain tasks on consistent days of the week.
How do you do it? Let me teach you...
If you're anything like me, you have a lot of competing priorities.
Here's an example in my own life:
3 priorities in my own life include consist of: my workouts, running my coaching practice, and building relationships.
If I wanted to batch my priorities it will look something like this:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings: workout from 6:00-7:00am.
Tuesdays: focus on recording my podcast episodes.
Thursdays: focus on my coaching clients.
Friday mornings: write a new blog post.
Friday nights: dedicate to dinner with a girlfriend.
Saturday mornings: go to my favorite boxing class.
Sunday mornings: spend time with my family.
Batching your days does not need to be perfect.
The idea is to create focus & intentionality in your schedule.
